Return & Exchange

  • All items purchased on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customized orders can neither be returned nor exchanged. 
  • We offer exchange only in case of a sizing issue or the product being defective.
  • Because of variations in lighting and location during photo shoots, the actual color of the products may differ from what is shown. Consequently, exchanges cannot be made solely based on color discrepancies.
  • The customer has a 24-hour timeframe to initiate a return or exchange request. Any requests made after 24 hours of the customer receiving the product will not be eligible for returns.
  • We don’t offer monetary refunds of any kind. However, store credit can be provided in exceptional cases and that has to be used within 30 days. 
  • Return or Exchange processing can take up to 7 to 14 working days.
